30-Day Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including opened personal care or health and wellness products, items marked as final sale, and gift cards. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@faribulalamllc.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right, including arranging a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
