What are the delivery charges?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. Many orders within the continental United States qualify for our standard flat-rate shipping, which is displayed clearly before checkout. Wholesale and bulk orders are quoted individually based on freight requirements — contact us for a custom quote.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Wholesale orders may require additional processing time, which our team will communicate directly to you after your inquiry.
How does order tracking work?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
FARIBUL ALAM LLC currently ships within the United States only, so domestic orders are not subject to customs or import charges. If international shipping becomes available in the future, any applicable customs or import fees would be the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We’re focused on providing fast, dependable domestic fulfillment for our customers and wholesale partners, and may expand our shipping options in the future.

Do return shipping costs apply?
In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case FARIBUL ALAM LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
